Technologix has recently introduced a new Managed Services SLA (Service Level Agreement), and we think that you will see some great benefits! One fixed monthly payment for your IT needs! We call it 1Care.
We recognise that it is difficult for businesses to forecast their IT needs, and cope with the fluctuating costs brought on by issues, upgrades and installations, so we want to flatten this out as much as possible.
So we have come up with a new plan, where we charge you 1 monthly fee based on your IT needs, and then, with very few exceptions, that’s all you pay for our services.
We will include in this the following service items (if you select them):
- All service work (based on an agreed number of machines)
- All upgrades (including Medtech and Interbase upgrades, even if it is afterhours)
- All preventative maintenance checks
- All virus removal (subject to you using an approved Anti-Virus protection)
- Online backups (subject to data limits)
- Installation of replacement computers (additional machines will alter contract rate)
- Network rebuilds/Server installs (limited to 1 every three years)
We can also include the following, so no more big bills every time they come up for renewal:
- Web Hosting/Domain Name Registration
- Internet Access
- Email Hosting
- Antivirus software
In fact, we will tailor 1Care to suit your needs, then you can just get on with business without having to worry about your IT.
We wont cover new hardware costs (but we can arrange leasing for you) or consumables; and where you change the way you do things (e.g. going from no Microsoft Office use to using it) the monthly amount may change , but we will advise you in advance if there is a one off payment to make, and how much the monthly payment will change once we know the details.
We can even tell you, in advance, how much it will cost to add an extra machine to your network, (and how much your contract goes down if you reduce the number you have!)
