Thanks for the message you left while I was away on holiday. I thought I would email you to say that I am indeed very happy with the new 1Care system. Things are much more straight forward, more convenient and also appear to be somewhat more cost effective since I began the automatic payments.
I am much happier with this system, not that I ever was unhappy, with the cost now being evenly spread, I am also able to relax about what I owe for the on-going computer support and maintenance and I also enjoy not worrying about being behind in my bills.
I must also add that I now am more inclined to ring up if I have a question or issue to solve rather than try fix things myself knowing that any call out is already covered should such be needed.
